The Society of Leaders in Development (SOLID), founded in 1997, is a non-profit organization comprised of developing music business professionals dedicated to improving the future success of our industry. Members come from all facets of the music business community, therefore contributing to the diversity, productivity and integrity of the group. SOLID provides individuals the opportunity to take on responsibilities and further enhance leadership skills by helping others... teaching others... leading others.
